Your Personal Brand in Action: 3 Nonprofits to Donate to this Holiday Season
Our personal brand stories are purposeful expressions of who we are--our passions, our values and what we stand for. The way we dress is one way we express who we are to the world (check out my blog post on how to dress for your office holiday party in a way that reflects your personal brand.) However, our brand stories are multi-faceted and should be expressed through every aspect of what we do and what we believe in. Since this is the season of giving, below are some great nonprofits to support that may align with your brand and therefore, match causes you may be passionate about.
Personal Brand: The Confident Leader | Consider donating toGrowing Leaders
“Today, almost one-half the world’s population is 25 years old or younger. Ready or not, they will lead our world into the future. Members of Generation Y and Generation Z are hungry to change the world and we can help them. Growing Leaders is a non-profit leadership training and development company. Through relevant and innovative events and resources, [they] equip both the next generation and the parents, teachers, coaches, employers and mentors who shape their lives.”

“Playtime is kids’ time. But schools can and should create play environments that help kids be their best. Studies show that recess matters: a thoughtful approach to recess improves children’s physical health and social and emotional learning.
