Name: Alessa Dufresne (a.k.a. That Disney Girl)

Profession: I work at a Talent Agency and Management company in Toronto, and I also am a Youtuber (but that one is for fun!)

How I describe myself in Three Words: Insane, Caring, Disnerd

How I express my Three Words through my style: I like to get creative with outfits! I love to find ways to style myself when I am at the parks, but even riding the subway in the city and going to work I almost create a new persona every day when I am at work.

Words of advice on how to develop the confidence to be who you are: I think I am also just figuring this one out myself. But in the end, and what I have started to realize more recently, is that you need to find what makes you happy and go full force with it! A lot of us spend so much time trying to get approval from everyone else that we forget that our own approval is most important. I've learnt to surround myself with others who embrace me and my personality, instead of being around people who stifle that. If you need confidence but you are scared, try the thing you think will make you happy. I guarantee that feeling will be far superior to any insecurity.
